BJJ 1 - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
In this class, we cover the basics movements, positions, and concepts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This class is for athletes who are interested in specializing in BJJ exclusively. Emphasis is placed on the core movements (shrimp / oumpa), positions (mount, guard, cross-sides), concepts (pressure, mobility, tightness, setups, etc). Time is split between instruction and guided wrestling / grappling.
BJJ 2 - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
This class expands upon the BJJ 1 curriculum. Emphasis is place on the core movements (shrimp / oumpa), positions (mount, guard, cross-sides), concepts (pressure, mobility, tightness, setups, etc), and finish moves / submissions. Time is split between instruction and guided wrestling / grappling.
